Hari Kesaktian Pancasila ini diperingati untuk mengenang para pahlawan revolusi yang gugur akibat kekejaman Partai Komunis Indonesia dalam peristiwa G30S/PKI. Adapun tema yang diusung dalam Upacara Hari Kesaktian Pancasila 2023 adalah “Pancasila Pemersatu Bangsa menuju Indonesia Maju” dengan tujuan untuk mengingatkan masyarakat tentang ideologi Pancasila sebagai pondasi kehidupan bangsa yang tidak dapat digantikan dengan ideologi lainnya.
